A Seasonal, Sacred and Sensual way of Living, Eating & Being
"Beth, you're so calming to talk to...a bit like human Xanax" Liv and Ellie Bancroft, Boston Mass. - February 2017
"First of all, I love the illustrations in this book! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!
And they set the tone for the luxurious, loving of self and others that this book endorses.
Full of encouragement to treat yourself well, love yourself and the body you've been given, this book promises to change your life in the best ways. Ways that teach you to love yourself enough to be healthy, happy and gorgeous.
Filled with simple and easy tips for everything from enjoying beautiful meals for one to celebrating the seasons with family and friends, Beth gives the reader all the tools for creating a beautiful and fulfilling life.
She gives us "bloom where you're planted" and advice on growing whatever you want to eat wherever you find yourself, reminding me that there's no place you can't plant and enjoy a garden of delight.
Moving from the joys of gardening to how to stay healthy and hydrated during the holiday season, Beth teaches us how to enjoy our holidays as well as how to use holiday traditions to reconnect with those who've come before and those no longer with us. Truly a lovely reminder that our loved ones will always be with us through their gifts to us.
This book is a feast for the senses. It speaks to all the senses as well as to the heart. Totally recommend it to anyone looking for more connection to themselves, their loved ones and their own lives." Laura J. Brown
" In my Last Will & Testament, it states that I want half of my ashes scattered on the 7th Floor of Bergdorfs in New York City and the other half scattered in the kitchen gardens at the Cloisters. That's probably all you'll ever need to know to understand me." Beth Schreibman Gehring
Beth Schreibman Gehring has been helping her clients create lives that they love for over 20 years. She developed an extensive background in public relations and marketing with an emphasis on personal and corporate branding while working for and eventually becoming the President of Schreibman Jewelers East, one of Northeast Ohio’s largest and most prestigious bridal registries, jewelry, gift and tableware businesses.
Beth had the distinct honor and pleasure of designing the table settings for several TV series, including "Julia Child cooks at home with Friends" , "Julia Child cooks with Jacque Pepin" and the " Todd English and Olives restaurant" cooking show. She created the table setting designs for the books of the same name.
Along the way she discovered that many were drawn to her for her ability to teach them to live everyday with passion. She consistently demonstrated this through the creation of special parties, sponsoring and supporting community events of all kinds and by working with groups and businesses giving talks on health, wellness & lifestyle, bridal registry, etiquette, food, entertaining, fashion, fun and more!
Since closing Schreibman Jewelers in 2003, she became a very successful Life/Wellness/Health coach, and is Board Certified by The institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC . She is also about to be certified to teach David Wolfe's Principles of Raw Nutrition, Superfoods and Longevity and is Board Certified by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Beth is a Reiki Master, with lineage in the Usui, Karuna, Brigids Flame and Celtic traditions, a practicing Herbalist and Aromatherapist as well as a registered healer with The International Natural Healers Association. Most recently she has become certified with Sara Gottfried, MD. author of "The Hormone Cure", to teach The Hormone Cure as well as the Gottfried Protocols for complete hormone balance for women of all ages and in all stages of life
As part of her life’s journey, she discovered that many were drawn to her for her ability to teach them to live everyday with passion. Her clients have referred to her as “a feast for the senses, a coach that speaks to all the senses as well as to the heart.” Another said, “I totally recommend her to anyone looking for more connection to themselves, their loved ones and their own lives." It comes as no surprise to anyone that knows her that gardening, herbs and entertaining remain her true loves. She is the Education Chairman for the Western Reserve Herb Society and extremely involved with the Public Relations efforts of WRHS. Beth is also a member of Les Dames D'Escoffier International (Cleveland and Los Angeles/Orange County Chapters ), The Herb Society of America and The Herb Society of the United Kingdom.
